Privacy Notice

What we collect

This site does not collect personal data. When you write into the interface, the text you type and the system’s response are stored anonymously — no name, email, IP address, or device identifier is recorded or linked to you.

Each session is assigned a random short identifier (e.g. anon_3f8a1b2c) generated in your browser. It exists only for the duration of your session and is discarded when you close the tab.

Session storage

Your interaction graph, session context, and visual state are held in sessionStorage — a browser-side store that is automatically cleared when you close the tab or browser. Nothing is written to a cookie. No data persists on your device after the session ends.

Anonymous interaction signals

Anonymised interaction signals (intent category, topic cluster, and a short summary of the exchange) are stored server-side to allow the system to improve over time. These signals contain no personal data and cannot be used to identify you. They are retained for up to 90 days.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. The Google Fonts service is used to load the Montserrat and JetBrains Mono typefaces; their privacy terms apply to that request.

Third-party services

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Anonymous interaction signals are stored in Cloudflare KV. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to the underlying infrastructure.

Your rights (EU / UK)

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held about you. Because this site does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have a query, contact pa.eryk.sokolwski@gmail.com.

Legal basis

Anonymous, non-identifiable signals are processed under legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, improving the quality and relevance of the system. No consent is required because no personal data is processed.
